USPS Update: The U.S. Postal Service has been experiencing delays and tracking issues over the past few weeks. Some packages may arrive a few days later than estimated. If your tracking shows “USPS Awaiting Item” or “Acceptance Pending,” please know that we have already handed your package to USPS — their scanning system is simply not updating correctly. While these delays are outside of our control, we closely monitor all shipments to ensure every package reaches its destination. Many shipments show “USPS Awaiting Item” and then go straight to day-of-delivery updates — click to see an example. We appreciate your understanding before placing an order.
We ship from Monday-Friday and do our best to get all orders out the same or next business day. There can be delays during holidays and at times of high volume. Shipping times are based on UPS and USPS estimates (in business days) and starts from the moment of dispatch. Late Friday orders may get shipped the following Monday.
